Art: Intermediate Stained Glass

Improve your artistic and technical skills while learning new techniques. Receive one on one guidance and training along the way to improve your skills and outcome of your artwork. You will have access to grinders and a ring saw.

***Must have taken Beginner Stained Glass or have previous stained glass experience to be eligible for this class. Please reach out to RC Art Liaison April Cannon at acannon@wakeforestnc.gov with any questions.***

Note:

Safety is important. Safety glasses, long pants, closed-toed shoes are required dress code for each class. No food or drink in the classroom.

Students taking the intermediate stained glass class are responsible to bring all supplies needed for their project. This includes pattern, glass, foil and solder. Liquid flux and black patina will be available to you. There will be 3 grinders and one ring saw set up for each class. Project size should be able to fit on an 18” by 24” bulletin board. You are welcome to bring your personal hand tools if you desire, if needed a tool kit will be available to use. Projects must be taken home after each class.***
