Hatha Yoga 02 B | Sa | May 2-30

Hatha yoga is the basic yoga for breathing exercises, stretching and slow, gentle movements. Attention is given to each student and adjustments made for your personal development. First time attendees or those with knowledge of yoga will find enjoyment, freedom of movement, and relaxation in this class.

*No Class Sat May 9th (Instructor holiday)
A mat is required, and if you have yoga blocks and a strap bring them.
