A Gentle Yoga class for Health & Well-Being. Learning traditional and classic yoga poses, strengthen your back, neck, shoulders, abdominal muscles, chest, hips and knees and improve your balance. Gently stretch your upper and lower body, learn deep breathing techniques to support the cardiovascular system and calm the mind. A Hatha Yoga class with a focus on intentional movement, proper alignment of the body, improving joint health, building self-awareness, a more relaxed body, and a tranquil and centered mind. Suitable for Beginners!! Students must be able to get up and down off the Mat.
