Programs

It’s never too young to study the masters and learn drawing fundamentals! Structured like a studio class, students will learn drawing fundamentals and explore key elements of art while practicing new creative challenges each week. Along the way, students will take an exciting journey through art history—from prehistoric cave paintings to Renaissance masterpieces to modern art. This will not be a craft class—students will work exclusively in their sketchbooks on projects including blind contour, still life's, figure drawing and portraiture. All instruction is age-appropriate, engaging, and designed to help young creators develop confidence in their artistic abilities, art appreciation, and their visual thinking skills.
