Apr. HIIT with Cara (Thurs)

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) alternates short bursts of high intensity interval exercises with a low intensity, recovery or rest period. This high intensity class is proven to burn more calories than traditional fitness programs and improve cardiovascular endurance, strength and fitness.
It is recommended members with diabetes, hypertension, or general cardiac issues should consult with their health care provider before registering.
