Apr. Low Impact Aerobics with Cara (Tues)

This class will be a low impact class focusing on cardio, strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. We will be using hand weights, resistance bands and small balls. Chairs will be available. This class is appropriate for beginners and those looking for lower intensity exercise. Modifications will offered for each exercise to accommodate all levels of abilities.
This class meets Tuesdays from 11:00-11:45 am.
