Programs

Get crazy with mixing assorted colors and experimenting with watercolor paints and traditional drawing mediums including graphite pencils, acrylic markers, colored pencils to explore the fundamentals of drawing and color. At the end of class, students will take home colorful paintings and drawings that highlight what they learned about drawing, painting, and the fundamentals of color. All materials included.

In this class you will be learning about:
-The basic fundamentals of watercolor painting (including how to use watercolor paint materials)
-Color theory (mixing colors, primary and secondary colors)
-The relationship between colors, shapes, and storytelling
-Different styles of painting (realism, surrealism, abstract)
