Chair Yoga is a gentle practice that adapts traditional yoga to using a chair for support, allowing participants to practice yoga while seated or standing. It can be more accessible for people with limited mobility, balance issues or those who find mat-based yoga challenging. This practice includes stretching, movement, breathing exercises and meditation to build strength, improve flexibility, enhance well-being and reduce stress and anxiety. it is ideal for beginners, those with chronic health conditions, and great for people of all ages and fitness levels.
