Join our Introduction to Self-Defense course to become empowered to identify and overcome multiple attack situations. This course explores numerous aspects of basic self-defense including ways to avoid attacks, de-escalation techniques, principles of self-defense, and street rules of engagement. Professional training is provided on multiple blocks, strikes, stances and attack angles, as well as techniques that can be used against multiple variations of punches, grabs, and choke holds.
